Not blaming the car, no. I have been driving for 23 years and only now did I experience an accident out of the sheer stupidity of the other driver. In the highway, one driver drove and crashed my front passenger quarter panel. Good thing my wife stayed home, or else this would have been bad. I got a windshield wiper leak. My car is only at frigging 1.2k miles and this happened. I bought it last year... Why the hell do bad things happen a lot lately?

Do you guys think this will be covered by warranty? I'm scared I have to pay for tech since the infotainment is glitching a lot since. Thank you.

rough string of bad luck for real, I feel for you, especially with a car that's so new. I'd think the accident itself should be covered by insurance, but the tech issues might be a different story. Infotainment glitches can be tricky and depends on the warranty, reach out to the dealer first

That's a rough situation but I'm really glad your wife wasn't in the car. About the coverage, sure, the body damage should be handled by your insurance, but definitely have the dealer look at the infotainment system since it started having issues after the accident. It could still be covered under warranty if it's not linked to the accident. Has your insurance already stepped in?

Yeah theyre right, dont ever take no for an answer and demand that the insurance should step in. If theyre manufacturing defects, they could be covered under warranty. Definitely get everything documented and talk to your insurance and dealer to avoid unexpected costs.
