Subaru app not working on S22

I drive a 2020 Subaru Forester Premium and just got a Samsung Galaxy S22. The phone works great, but the Subaru app won't load my trip history or remote start. It just keeps spinning. I tried deleting the app and putting it back, and also restarted the phone, but it didn't help. Has anyone else had this happen with Android? Any ideas would be super helpful. Thanks!

It could be a problem with compatibility or the server. Try clearing the app's cache, and be sure both your app and phone software are up to date. Also, check your internet. If it's still not working, get in touch with Subaru support, they should be able to help.

Hey @pr0uddad87, I’ve seen this pop up with some Androids. Clearing the cache usually helps, but sometimes the app just has a hiccup with newer phones. Did you make sure the Subaru app itself is updated in the Play Store?
