2021 Forester Premium

The Forester I'm looking to buy is a 2021 in Premium trim level with about 30k miles on it and looks to be cosmetically in good shape, some minor scratches here and there, but they're not too terrible. With the cosmetic aside, what are the things I'll need to look out for? How's the engine, transmission, drivetrain? Any common problems I should be concerned about?

I think it is a good pick, the 2.5L engine is generally reliable, but some do have oil consumption issues, so keep an eye on that. Make sure the CVT feels smooth, those transmissions can get expensive if they go bad. Also, listen for any humming or grinding from the rear, which could point to wheel bearing issues, but overall though, the Forester's a great all-around SUV
